In case you wish to return or exchange an ordered product, you must notify Crystal Glow within48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product. Only damaged products or products withdefects received by Crystal Glow within 14 working days of the delivery date will be liable forrefunds /returns.
If the sealed damaged product is once used, opened, with tampered or missing serial number,Crystal Glow won’t accept returns and it won’t be responsible for it. Customers will be liable forthe carrier charges for the replaced/reshipped products.
Crystal Glow has all the rights to verify first whether the product that was requested to bereturned is defective/damaged and based on that verification, Crystal Glow will choose eitherreship/replace the product.
The customer needs to have the order information and order receipt in order to return aproduct with its original packing. Exchanging a product with another is not acceptable inCrystal Glow policy.
If the product we have in stock is unavailable for any reason, then a refund request will beinitiated and the same also shall be acknowledged to the buyers through their registered email.The customer has to notify via email Crystal Glow within 24 hours of the product delivery of incases such as product missing, dead on arrival cases, and transit damage.
If a customer places an online order and Crystal Glow couldn’t ship the product to the customerfor any reason like a unexpected sudden lack of inventory or any different reason from theretailer side’, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount will have to be refundedto the customer.
Note: If the customer buy a product from crystal glow website and he want to cancel it without any reason then with in 24 hours he can cancel it and customer will get the refund in 48 hours
The payment will not be processed by Crystal Glow until the customer receives the product theyordered and changes their status to a Delivered at Crystal Glow. If the product fails to bedelivered within the period of time specified, the customer order will be canceled, and theamount will have to be refunded back to the customer.
The customer needs to inform Crystal Glow within 24 hours of the product delivery in case ofaccessory missing, transit damaged or dead on arrival cases.
Crystal Glow will be able to refund only returned products in case they are aligned with ourreturn policy and in case the replacement is not possible, the products will be eligible forrefunds.
The customer needs to notify Crystal Glow within only 24 hours from the time of delivery in caseof accessory missing, transit damage and dead on arrival cases.
If the product is mentioned on the website at an incorrect price or incorrect information due toa typing error, Crystal Glow may either contact the customer to inform them about the rightinstructions or cancel the ordered product and may acknowledge the customer of thecancellation. In similar cases, Crystal Glow will refund the charged amount back to the customerif the payment was already received by Crystal Glow.
The refund amount will be credited back to the Credit or Debit card used by the customer atthe time of placing the order.
Crystl Glow initiates the refund within 4 working days maximum after receiving the returnedproduct by us or our business partner. However, it could take up to 10 working days for thebanks to process the refund requested and reflect back in your credit or debit card statementaccount. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmationof the refund by Crystal Glow.
In case the order was placed online by Cash on Delivery method, Crystal Glow will refund theamount through a cheque in favor of the billing name provided at the time of placing theorder.
