– Crystal glow ships throughout India and the worldwide.
– Crystal glow ships via FedEx, Aramex, Dtdc and Blue dart. These packages out the same day for all orders placed. Packages will arrive within 3-5 business days.
– Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times for different factors.
Refunds and Returns policy:
– Crystal glow will first verify whether the product returned is defective or damaged and based on the verification process, Crystal glow will either reship or replace the product.
– You have to contact Crystal glow within maximum 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving the product. Only defective or damaged products or products received by Crystal glow within 10 working days of the date of delivery will be eligible for returns or refunds.
– If the damaged product is used, opened, with tampered or missing serial number, then returns or refund don’t apply and customers will be liable for the shipping fees for the replaced or reshipped products.
– If the product stock is unavailable due to any reason, then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same will be acknowledged to the customer via the registered email.
– Customer needs to acknowledge Crystal glow within 24 hours of the Delivery of in cases of product missing, transit damage and dead on arrival cases.
If a customer places an order and Crystal glow couldn’t ship the product for any reason such as ‘unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason’, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded. If the delivery fails within the specified period of time, the order will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the user.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
