1. No Return on Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is opened or the product is used.

2. Damaged or Defective Product (Rare Cases)
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or not in proper condition at the time of delivery, we are happy to assist with a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement:
You must contact us within 7 days of product delivery
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory
The video must show:
The sealed outer package
The full unboxing process
The damaged or defective product clearly
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
